Who Ships Your Order

KLEAR Beauty is a brand operated by Guangzhou Lingcai Technology Co., Ltd. (registration number 91440111MAEUD1DM6F), which is the seller of record for every order placed on klearbeauty.co.

Guangzhou Lingcai Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for fulfilment, returns and refunds for all orders. We work with a contracted fulfilment provider that picks, packs and ships orders on our behalf. Parcels are delivered using the dedicated carrier service operated by our fulfilment provider.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to any other country. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be placed at checkout.

Your parcel travels from China, clears US customs, and is then delivered to your address. The delivery estimates below account for that journey.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

During promotional periods and peak season, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from, and additional to, the delivery times below.

Shipping Options, Costs and Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Add processing time to arrive at the total time from checkout to delivery.

- Standard Shipping: Free, 10 to 15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $7.99, 5 to 8 business days

The shipping options, prices and delivery estimates shown at checkout match those listed above. You choose your shipping option at checkout before you complete payment.

Expedited Shipping uses a faster service than Standard Shipping and shortens transit time. It does not shorten order processing time, so please allow for processing in addition to the Expedited delivery estimate above.

All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They do not account for delays in customs clearance, which are outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because orders are dispatched from China, parcels pass through US customs before delivery.

Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are paid by us. Your order ships on a delivered duty paid basis, and the price you pay at checkout is the total you pay.

You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery. If anyone contacts you requesting payment of duties or import taxes on a KLEAR Beauty order, do not pay it. Forward the request to support@klearbeauty.co with your order number and we will resolve it directly.

Customs clearance can still add time to delivery even where duties have been prepaid.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order at klearbeauty.co/apps/parcelpanel.

Tracking information can take 2 to 5 business days to begin updating after dispatch, and may pause while a parcel is in customs. If your tracking has not updated, or you cannot locate your tracking number, email support@klearbeauty.co with your order number and we will look into it.

Delays

Some deliveries take longer than the estimates above. Common causes include customs processing, shipping network backlogs, severe weather, public holidays and incomplete address details.

If your parcel has shown no tracking movement for more than 7 business days, contact support@klearbeauty.co and we will open an enquiry with our fulfilment provider.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Where a parcel is returned to us for this reason, the terms in our Refund & Returns Policy apply.

If you notice an error in your address, email support@klearbeauty.co immediately with your order number. We will try to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the parcel is recorded as delivered to the address you provided at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. This matches the Risk of Loss terms in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Returns: Where to Send Them

Returns are not sent back to Guangzhou. We operate a United States returns address so that you do not have to ship internationally.

Do not send a return before requesting one. Email support@klearbeauty.co with your order number, and we will confirm your eligibility and issue a Return Authorisation with packing instructions. The address in your Return Authorisation will match the address above. Parcels sent without a Return Authorisation cannot be matched to an order and will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. We recommend using a tracked service.

Guangzhou Lingcai Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for inspecting returns and issuing refunds. Full terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Holiday Periods

Order volumes rise significantly around major holidays and shipping networks experience delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date during these periods. For December holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by December 10.
